At Aspire Distributor, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy outlines how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and remains in its original packaging.

  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Certain items such as perishable goods, opened food products, or hygiene-related items (e.g., diapers, wipes, etc.) cannot be returned for safety reasons unless defective or wrong item was sent.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at aspiredistributor.suk@gmail.com with your Order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for product pickup or return shipment.

Please ensure that returned products are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method or bank.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

4. Replacement Policy

If you prefer, we can replace your defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
Replacement requests are subject to stock availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless faulty:

  • Opened or used food items

  • Perishable goods

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g., diapers, wipes, personal care items)

  • Custom or special-order items

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
